For those requiring a budget-minded, simple HDMI Extender without all the full functions and features of the more complex models, we introduce the HLE-M5. Utilizing a new circuit design of low-loss compression of Full Ultra-High Definition (4K), the HLE-M5 is capable of extending UHD signals, with HDR and Dolby Vision (30 Hz) up to 40 Meters, using CAT6a UTP wire. Also, these units will relay your IR functions from the Receiver (Display) end to the Transmitter (Source) side. We include the necessary Pick Up and Blaster IR Emitter, as well as an adapter, to allow for your own control IR if you choose not to utilize the supplied IR devices.

We provide an HDMI “repeater” output at the Transmitter for a local monitor – Very useful for setup, or diagnosis at your head-end. HDMI versions 1.0 thru 2.0, with HDCP v1.4 thru 2.2 are supported. All current Audio Formats are supported, as well. A single power supply (included) may be connected at either end for full operation.

Our wildly popular HLE-1 Series of Extenders has now evolved to a full 4K budget Extender with additional features and capability. At the same time, the HLE-M5 is even more economical.
